Photos with Shiers Photography

Saturday June 6 11:00am -2:00pm at Sutton High School

Every dancer is invited to have their photograph professionally taken by Shiers Photography. Please sign up using the linked Google form. The photographers appreciate knowing how many students plan on having their photos taken. The photographers will provide an order form at the venue; they require payment by credit card or cash at the time the photos are taken.

 

​Flowers

To order flowers for your performer, please complete the Flower Order Form. The deadline to place an order is Saturday, May 16. Your bouquet will be available for pick up at the gift and flower kiosk on show day. We will not have extra bouquets for sale at the show.

Lunch

For students performing in two or more shows:

• A bagged lunch, prepared by Bushel and Peck of Grafton, is available for pre-purchase through Dance It Up!; DIU staff will deliver the pre-purchased lunches to the dancers in their dressing areas. Please complete the Lunch Order Form for your dancer(s). You may bring lunch/snacks from home, just be sure the food is not messy or could easily be spilled on a costume. Please do not bring nut products. We have students with severe allergies. 

• Dancers should bring a large button up shirt or a Dance It Up! jacket to cover their costume (or camisole) while eating lunch between shows.

Program Shout Out Messages

We love to fill our recital program with congratulatory messages to our dancers from their loved ones. Make your dancer feel special by placing a personal message in the spring dance recital program. We have pricing for a 3 line shout out message, or you can add a picture to celebrate their first recital, last recital or milestones in between. Complete the Personal Message Form to have your shout out to your dancer published in the program. Photo messages to dancers can be placed using the Business Ad Form. We are happy to share examples of previous messages if you're in need of inspiration!

Program Business Ads

If you have a business that you'd like to have featured in our recital program, we can make that happen too! We have families from Grafton, Shrewsbury, Millbury, Sutton, Hopkington and more surrounding towns, so you will have great exposure to local families. Quarter page to full page size ads are available. Complete the Business Ad Form to secure your place in the program.

Sugarplums Pop-Up Shop!

Recital gift merchandise will be available to purchase in our spectacular Sugarplums Pop-Up Shop at the recital venue. You may also shop early in-store and we will beautifully wrap your gifts for pick-up at the gift and flower kiosk on show day!
