Dance It Up is pleased to announce this new class offered by Ms. Catherine, our Ballet Director and certified instructor of Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT). Dancers (Fund III+) and athletes, ages 9 to adult, will benefit from this body conditioning and strength building program that focuses on muscle memory development.
Ballet-specific exercises will help students to:

PBT is a wonderful complement to our weekly dance classes. Students are asked to bring their own yoga mat; we will supply additional props that may be used during class including yoga balls, fusion balls, and resistance bands.

Dance class attire, fitted dance shorts or leggings are acceptable over the leotard. If not enrolled in a dance class then leggings and a fitted shirt or tank. Loose or flowy attire may interfere with the use of the equipment in some exercises.
